- Candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks with physics, chemistry; Biology/Bio-technology and English subject (Minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subject).
- Candidates must be 17 year of age at the time of admission, however there is no criteria of maximum age limit.
- The qualifying marks for candidates for SC, ST, OBC NCL, and PwD categories are 40% instead of 50% (Minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subject).
- Candidate who wants to take admission must be NEET qualified.
- Candidate must have secured NEET UG Cutoff of that particular Year.
- All admissions are done through state counseling (Director General Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh).
- Candidates are admitted in college according to the instructions as given on website updgme.gov.in or upneet.gov.in
